Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ASDA platform ("Service"), a product of Keneland, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ASDA (Autonomous Salesforce Delivery Agent) is an AI-powered platform that autonomously plans, builds, tests, and deploys Salesforce solutions using coordinated agent teams. The Service includes integrations with third-party platforms such as Salesforce, GitHub, Jira, and Google Drive, and utilises large language models from providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google.

3. Early Access Programme

ASDA is currently available through an early access programme. Access is granted at our discretion based on application review. Early access users may experience changes to features, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue early access at any time.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Each workspace is isolated; you may not attempt to access another tenant's data or resources.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Circumvent workspace isolation or access controls
  • Deploy code to production Salesforce environments without appropriate human review and approval

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms at your direction. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party platform availability, policies, or actions. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to connect your Salesforce orgs, GitHub repositories, Jira projects, and other services.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI agents powered by large language models to generate code, documentation, test plans, and other deliverables. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving all deliverables before deploying them to production environments. ASDA provides quality gates and human approval workflows to support this review process.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to Keneland or its licensors. Your content remains yours; by using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service. AI-generated deliverables (code, documents, configurations) created within your workspace are owned by you.

9. Data and Security

We take security seriously. Secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, all traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS, and workspaces are isolated with row-level security. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keneland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages caused by AI-generated code deployed to your Salesforce environments.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keneland from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your deployment of AI-generated content to production environments.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Keneland is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
